We hope you love your Pump Pilates purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below to start your return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the returns process, please email us at returns@pumppilates.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returning Your Items

Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item(s) back to us. Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
• Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at returns@pumppilates.co.uk, including your order number and photos if available. If confirmed faulty, we’ll cover the return postage and arrange a refund or replacement.
